It's time to wake up!!

 Sleep time 04.00AM to 05.30am , hell yeah ... \ m /

Oops, danger ya have to go back to change and set the clock back to sleep and waking hours. The holiday is over, no longer allowed to sleep in the morning, and just woke up at 12 noon. Should the make a new schedule for sleep, if not ya just wait time in line again where the body not the same mind. How can one line, a day that he said it needs 6-8 hours of sleep per day, even so it's just 2 hours. -_-

Yesterday was not a problem, because the longer holiday, hehehe. But the truth is not allowed as well, time to sleep and rest is night, and the morning and afternoon when the new run activities, if you've reversed between morning and evening working hours are the same bat activity during the night and sleep in the morning
.
So do not copy this yes, this is a bad example of poor sleep habits. Try to always meet your needs sleep and rest everyday. Because our life is not only limited on the bed alone.
